Terms of Service

By accessing or using DeploySeal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

DeploySeal is a Software-as-a-Service platform that enables digital and eCommerce teams to coordinate pre-launch testing campaigns, collect sign-off from internal and external testers, and produce launch records.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data except via our published API with valid credentials.

Pilot participants are granted access at no charge during the pilot period. DeploySeal reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice prior to commercial launch.

DeploySeal and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use DeploySeal’s trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). By submitting Customer Data you grant DeploySeal a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party’s non-public information and to use it solely to fulfil obligations under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DeploySeal DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DeploySeal SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL DeploySeal’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeploySeal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. DeploySeal will make Customer Data available for export for [30 days — to be confirmed] following termination, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via the email address associated with your account or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
