Do you charge per reviewer?

No. Every plan includes unlimited reviewers and tester sessions. We don't want pricing to be the reason people get left out of sign-off.

What counts as an “active campaign”?

A campaign that is in progress and accepting tester sign-ups. Completed and archived campaigns don't count toward your plan limits.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade and downgrade any time — prorated automatically. Cancel any time too, no questions asked.

Is there a free tier?

Not yet — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and there's a 60-day money-back guarantee if it doesn't work out.
